Pajca is a brand bringing professional cold-press juicing to busy counters.
We run food and beverage outlets ourselves. We wanted a juicer that could keep up with a busy juice counter through a full service, not a kitchen machine that stops when it gets warm. We went through the market, we tested what was available, and we found this one. We put our name on it and we sell it to people who have the same problem we had.
That is the whole story. No invented founding year, no borrowed heritage. A machine we would put on our own counter, sold with a proper invoice and serviced by the people who sold it.
